The Tower of "Glesga"
Glasgow has an impressive history of Victorian architecture which is showcased in this Tower. Highlights include the Glasgow City Chambers, the main building of the University of Glasgow and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Glasgow boasts a large number of Art Nouveau buildings designed by Mackintosh which are also featured. Glasgow's long maritime history afforded plenty of choice when it came to choosing some of the Clydebank buildings.
The buildings reflect the wealth and self-confidence of the residents of the "Second City of the Empire".
After 6 months of work on this one I'm pleased to present this to you now!
